2020-2021 Winter Season

Registration fees are non-refundable with the exception of a mandated COVID-19 facility shut-down. After which, you will be refunded for the games unable to be played

LEAGUES ARE DONE BY BIRTH YEAR  (Ex: 09 is for Boys born in 2009)

Games are currently scheduled to be played on Saturday (we cannot guarantee play days) with first games from Saturday, November 7th to Saturday, December 19th.  Schedule will be published on November 4th 2020.

We reserve the right to schedule games on other days, if necessary

Futsal Games are played on artificial turf (turf is an approved Futsal surface by US Futsal) that is FIFA rated for roll and bounce and has been tested to NFL concussion standards and does not have infill.  It is a pure polyester field with no nylon, making it the softest and most realistic compared to natural grass.  It is the most cutting edge turf available today.

Games will be played 5v5 according to modified futsal rules.  The field size is approximately 105’ long by  80’ wide which is just under the maximum size allowable by US Futsal Standards.  We will also be utilizing outdoor balls and not futsal balls as we are playing on Turf.

Why futsal rules, with turf, an outdoor ball and a maximum futsal field size?

The answer is we think it brings the best of all worlds!

We love the game of futsal and the quick pace, high action, lots of touches, environment that is created and the benefit it brings to player development.  

However, we did not necessarily like training with a heavy futsal ball during the winter on a hard/fast surface to then go back a few months later to a normal ball on grass.  Shooting, 1st touch, passing, weight of passes, timing of runs with teammates, all then have to be re-adjusted when moving back outside to grass and the weight/play of an outdoor ball.  We do not believe it is optimal to consistently train the brain with different weight balls and different playing surfaces.

We also do not like indoor "wall" soccer and the terrible play and habits created from playing with walls.

So, realistic turf, outdoor ball, no walls, with futsal rules on the largest size futsal court to encourage the maximum number of 1v1 opportunities and the usage of space similar to an outdoor setting is the perfect scenario we wanted and what we built at the PEAC for our Saturday leagues.


  1. There will be 2 sessions consisting of 7 games each. The below policies applies whether you register online or in person at the facility.

  2. Session 1 runs November 7, 2020 - December 19, 2020. (Registration Deadline: October 30, 2020)

  3. Session 2 runs January 2, 2021 - March 13, 2021 (Registration Deadline: December 23, 2020). Some games may run through March 31st depending on rescheduling requests.

  4. We will accommodate ONLY ONE tournament request. Any others cannot be guaranteed.  Tournament requests must be emailed to by October 23, 2020.  Any requests made after this date will not be guaranteed.  If the request is not emailed, it will not be valid.  All requests must include exact team name, league registered in, and the dates of the tournament.

  5. NO GAMES will be rescheduled due to Forfeits. 

  6. We will not be able to accommodate rescheduling requests without the rescheduling fee of $25 paid at the time of the request. All reschedule requests must be at least 7 days before the game that you would like changed.

  7. If you have more than 1 team in the same division, they will play each other.

  8. We reserve the right to combine age groups, divisions, and leagues if needed without notice. We also reserve the right to divide the league into divisions if needed without notice.  If an age group is combined, the rules for the oldest age group will apply. We charge $100 reschedule fee if we have to redo the schedule due to a team being registered in the wrong league.

  9. If you have multiple teams, we cannot guarantee the game times.  We will try to accommodate as best as possible but please keep in mind that we have a lot of teams that will be hoping for the same accommodations and even though we strive to make it easy for our athletes and coaches, we cannot always accommodate every team each week.

  10. Your team manager is responsible to have the roster completed 3 days prior to the first game.  Failure to have your roster completed could result in loss of game time while players check in.

  11. Team fees are non-refundable nor transferable.

  12. Referee fees are included in your registration costs which must be paid IN FULL at the time of registration.

    1. All training times must be paid for before the first date of training.

    2. There will be no refunds for canceled training times.

  14. Teams are allowed to play in older divisions but older teams cannot register into younger leagues.

  15. Weekday games start as early as 3:30 PM and may end as late as 10 PM. Start and end times are based on age and general school accommodations.

  16. Saturday games start as early as 7 AM and may end as late as 10 PM.

  17. Games may be scheduled in daytime hours during Thanksgiving break, Christmas break, New Year's Eve, Martin Luther King Day and Presidents Day.

  18. It is your responsibility to check your schedule on a regular basis to verify game times, days and any possible changes. You can check your team's schedule

  19. All rules will stay relevant to age groups for both sessions except for the heading rule.

  20. HEADING: 08 and younger CANNOT head the ball Session 1 and 09 and younger in Session 2.

All futsal age groups play 5v5, however '11/'12 coaches may play 6v6 if both coaches agree.

Please note the following changes for the 2020-2021 season:

In order to limit the amount of people upstairs on the field, we allowing only 8 players per team will be allowed at each game. There may be more than 8 rostered but we will only allow 8 players at the field at once. 

We will not be allowing spectators attend the games. The exception being the youngest age group ('11-13) are allowed one spectator per player.
