Our Athlete Development Program (ADP) is designed to be progressive and multi-directional. Every session will be uniquely tailored to all ages, all sports, and all previous experience. Training includes practicing linear and lateral movement patterns, high impact and low impact intensities, acceleration and deceleration changes. Objectives for the program include moving quicker, reacting faster, being more explosive, and reducing risk of injury. All registrants should bring cleats (recommended) or tennis shoes and water to each session. There are no makeup sessions for missed dates and no refunds after the first session.
The program will be led by Kristine Reynolds.
Kristine is a certified personal and group fitness trainer. She specializes in strength and conditioning as well as speed and agility. She also has an extensive background in both playing and coaching soccer.

Block 1 registration is now open!
Block 1 will run from October 28 - December 11, 2025
Block 2 registration will open in November. Block 2 will run from January 6 - March 19, 2026.
